We love to help people plan their beach vacation in the simplest way possible. First, check out the availability calendar for the Villa or the Stonehouse, then send us an email with your preferred dates and the number of people in your group. Also let us know if you are familiar with the area.
We will respond the same day, often within two hours and let you know availability, and answer any other questions you may have regarding the accommodations and the area.

There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable 30 days prior to your stay. A $500 damage deposit is standard, and will be returned to you within 24-48 hours via Paypal.
Minimum 4-night stay during regular season and 7-night stay during peak season (November, December & March).
